La Residencia Clavijo recibe evaluaciones mayoritariamente positivas destacando la atención personalizada, el trato cálido y dedicado del equipo hacia los residentes, con familias muy satisfechas tras años de estancia. Sin embargo, existe una reseña negativa preocupante que reporta problemas de higiene (plagas), deficiencias en las instalaciones y cuestiones administrativas relacionadas con gestión fiscal, levantando dudas sobre la calidad real de la atención, especialmente para residentes con deterioro cognitivo que no pueden comunicar su situación.

My mother-in-law has been in this residence for almost two years now, and it's wonderful. The treatment of the elderly is warm and caring, and the people who work there are very kind, including the owner. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my mother-in-law.

I've already shared my experience, and I still don't understand how people can be so happy with what I saw there. I received a letter from the tax office saying that if my mother-in-law was still there, we had to pay the money to the tax office. Her assets are frozen. I reported the state of the residence and the cockroaches that come out at night, and they responded explaining the deficiencies and the deadline for fixing them, but I imagine everything remains the same. I feel very sorry for the people with cognitive impairment who can't tell us how they are. Best regards.
