It's an excellent residence. We were lucky enough to get a place for our aunt, who had previously been in another one in Madrid, and the difference has been enormous. The head nurse, the management, and all the staff have been wonderful. Thank you!

On August 13th at 3:30 PM, in the middle of a heatwave, we saw a man lying on the ground in his patio. When I called him and he didn't respond, I ran to the intercom, where they answered very coldly and only came out to help him up after a while. I should have called 112 (the emergency number) because it's not normal for someone to be lying on the ground in the patio at that time of day and for them to react so impassively.

On August 13th, when it was 38 degrees, there was a man lying on the ground in the courtyard visible from the Sacromonte bar. We should have photographed him, but we decided to go to the rescue. This location certainly isn't reliable.

I had my aunt until she was almost 102 and my father until he was 94. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everything is very clean and there is a private kitchen. There is a doctor and nurse monitoring each resident's condition. The management helped us resolve any issues. We were very satisfied with the service provided.
