La dirección de Begoña y el equipo en general son reconocidos por su dedicación y trato respetuoso, creando un ambiente acogedor en una residencia pequeña con poco más de 30 residentes que facilita una atención personalizada y participativa.

My mother spent two years at the Castellar Residence, and we can only speak highly of it. From Begoña, the director, to Cristina, Manuel, and all the assistants, they have been attentive to her. The treatment is excellent. I have to say that family members can see everything, from their rooms to what they eat. I've never seen a better guarantee of how they treat the elderly. My siblings and I are satisfied that we took our mother there. Thank you for everything.

Good afternoon, my mother has been a resident for years. At the center, it's clear that the management is very attentive to the needs of the residents, especially, and among many other things, the warm and caring treatment from the staff and the good, homemade food. My father was only there for a short time because when he arrived, besides being very old, he was in very poor health, 100% dependent. But despite this, he was cared for and respected, well looked after, and they were attentive to him. I don't speak without knowing because every afternoon he was there, I went to see him and spent several hours with him, and I saw how all the staff treated all the residents. Personal hygiene was good, and the laundry service was excellent. The food was adapted to each individual's needs. Overall, it was very good, because being a small facility with just over 30 residents, the atmosphere is friendly and participatory. I would go back.
