A perfect place for your elderly loved ones: spacious, well-maintained, clean, with a magnificent team of professionals, and surrounded by nature. All of this gives you the peace of mind you need to know you've chosen the right place for your loved ones' stay. It's not near Madrid, but it's well worth the trip. Eternally grateful to the entire team.

The nursing home of "HORRORS." I recommend you make all complaints in writing so you can justify them. They're liars, fine words, but they ignore you. I'll just tell you that they can serve soup for lunch and an egg for the main course. You have to go to the bathroom when they stipulate; if you don't feel like it, you have to wait two or three hours, and you have to endure it no matter what. The negligence reached such an extreme that my mother was sent to the hospital after pressuring the supposed doctor who runs the nursing home (he didn't know what was wrong with her, he didn't care). We had to take photos of my mother and consult with another doctor. We did this out of desperation for my father, who kept saying he was very ill, that he was dying. The whole family contacted him. Upon arriving at the hospital, they inserted a catheter, which extracted 2 liters of urine from his bladder. My father kept saying this; a nurse told him: "Well, if you don't pee, you'll pee." (A nice response from a professional). My father had been saying for several days that he wasn't urinating and that he was having problems. This problem wasn't limited to that day; the hospital had recommended and ordered monitoring and follow-up (again, ignored). The infection worsened, with terrible pain and suffering. Unfortunately, the infection had already spread, and he couldn't overcome it. He passed away on September 1, 2020. Keep an eye on your loved ones, especially those whose illnesses prevent them from expressing what they're experiencing. I have the medical reports that prove what I'm saying. No one will ever bring my mother back. I'm publishing a small part of what happened so that families don't let their guard down and keep everything in writing. The intense pain of losing a mother is compounded by the indignation of knowing that, to the Community of Madrid, they've done nothing but lie.

I have no complaints about the staff, but the doctor and management were awful. I had to take her to the hospital myself when I found her quite ill. There, I learned of her condition, which was so serious that she didn't survive. At no point was I informed by the doctor or management. When I asked the doctor why I hadn't been informed, he answered in a rude and arrogant manner. They also put double diapers on them at night, which is prohibited because it causes large skin ulcers. Then management blatantly denies this, making the adults look like liars.

I have had my mother for 6 years and a half and I can only say that she felt like she was in her own home due to the family care she received. I have nothing bad to say, I just want to thank all the staff for the love and attention they gave her. I recommend it, one hundred percent. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

The residence has good staff and facilities. The downside is that it takes ages to get in, and I've seen people waiting for up to 20 minutes. I suppose it's the usual problem: understaffing.
