My aunt is currently a resident at this care home, and we couldn't be more grateful for the work they do. The staff is incredibly caring, kind, and approachable. The management is incredibly helpful with all the necessary paperwork, offering every possible assistance. My aunt, no matter what time you visit, is always clean and moisturized from head to toe (which isn't easy given the type of dementia she has). The facilities, although simple, are always spotless, and the staff never seem to have any reservations or try to hide how the care home operates. The caregivers are always attentive to the residents, treating them with great affection and always trying to make them smile. I admire them. My only complaint is the steps leading up from the street. Obviously, the rest of the facilities are adapted for people with reduced mobility. Gerontos Venturada is a small, family-run residence, but it's true that my aunt feels like she's at home there, and when we go to visit her, we feel the same way. Thank you all.

A nursing home located in Venturada, in the Sierra Norte region of Madrid. It's a small chalet on the outskirts of town, with no parking and poor access from the road. You have to go down a staircase to reach a small terrace. There's an entrance door to a small glass-enclosed porch, which leads to a small lounge furnished with armchairs where the residents gather. The staff is small but friendly. The rooms are double or triple, with sparse and outdated furniture. There is no continuous medical or nursing care. The best thing about it is the price. It could be a good option as a private residence while waiting for a public placement.

The care for the elderly is exceptional. It's a small but very charming private residence. There are very few residents, and it's like a family.
