A beautiful place for our seniors. The presence of the Daughters of Charity is evident in their charisma of dedication to others. Excellent cleanliness and a lot of care from everyone who works there toward the residents. Thank you for caring for our family members in this way.

Beware! Marcela, the new nursing assistant/nurse, has been working there since March 2020. She's supposedly getting her hands on the management team without any merit. Several residents have recently left due to her blatant sycophantic behavior towards family members and her orders imposed without, supposedly, consulting management. The quality of service at the residence has declined since the Daughters of Charity were sidelined. Doesn't the Catalina Laboure Foundation listen to the residents' families? Pilar Ramos should listen more to her shareholders. If only our neighbor Nicolasa Gallo-Alcántara y Sibes from the San Fernando School (Colmenar Viejo Road) would look up! In other residences in Pozuelo, family members are allowed to visit for two hours, but here it's only 30 minutes.

The pain of losing a loved one is indescribable; it can only be truly understood once experienced. It is a comfort, however, to know that in her final days, given the times we live in, which prevent us from caring for our loved ones as we would like, she had the wonderful support of these places, a refuge for the soul and body of our loved ones. Divine Providence willed that Ángeles spend her last days in the care of this institution where, as she herself told us, she had found a new family. On behalf of Ángeles Ruiz Sáiz's family, we wish to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff of the center, who dedicate themselves to the care of the residents with such professionalism, humanity, and love, as well as to the residents themselves, who welcomed Ángeles with such affection and understanding. Thank you very much.

In our experience, my grandmother has always been treated very well. Furthermore, the Sisters of Charity play a vital role in the daily life of the residence. Whenever we've had an issue to resolve, the management has always been attentive and willing to help us.

I always thought my parents would never go to a care home, but when I realized I could no longer care for them properly at home, I don't know who told me about or recommended San Diego y San Nicolás. As soon as I visited, I knew it was the right place, and I wasn't wrong. I'm so sorry my father didn't get to enjoy each and every one of you on this great team for very long, but I know he left happy because of the care he received. I must highlight the figure of Sister Teresa, a great support during these days. I wish her many more years of doing the wonderful work she does. Sister Josefina is all love and affection, Dr. Melva always finds the right words, Susan is a wonderful nurse, Iliana is an excellent director, especially warm and caring with everyone, and finally, the assistants do work that money can't pay for. I have no words to thank them for all their love and care towards my parents. Special mention to Cintia, Carmen, and Marisa. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My father passed away happy to have shared this time with you, and ultimately, thank you all because you have made my life so much easier amidst the pain and sadness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
