I'm a volunteer supporting residents. The residence is very nice. There are many staff members taking care of them; they're very kind and treat the residents with great care. The facilities are very nice and have a large garden. They offer many activities and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

My parents (Domingo and Ventura) stayed at this residence, and both my sisters and I greatly appreciate the professionalism, cleanliness, good food, and above all, the excellent treatment of the residents. Thank you all very much.

One of the residents is a relative. He's been there for several years, and the feeling is that the treatment is getting worse. It seems they don't have enough staff to properly care for the elderly residents (sometimes they don't hear well, and you have to stop more to talk, listen, attend to them, etc.). In terms of health, there's no nutritionist (the menus are prepared by a doctor, which shouldn't be the case). Cognitive stimulation isn't prioritized, the care isn't adapted to the specific needs of each resident, and they don't take into account care issues that make emotional well-being a priority. Our relative has told us about some very unpleasant comments and actions. Since the lockdown, things have gotten much worse. They are people; they need to be cared for properly—that's what we pay for.

Excellent service, spotless and attentive. Above all, the care they show their guests is wonderful. Well-maintained facilities and a huge garden with a sweet little dog, Lito 😘

My grandmother was there for a short time, but the days were bad from the time she was admitted until she left. She was in good cognitive condition, but physically she was in a wheelchair. In addition to being asphyxiated, she occasionally needed help eating, depending on the day. Her reception was good, except for the (overbearing) nurse who examined her upon admission. They took notes and told us they would take her to the second floor (self-employed) and raise her bed due to her asphyxia (oxygen prescribed 24 hours a day). However, the next morning I found her on the ground floor with the elderly patients who were cognitively impaired and completely dependent. She was also asphyxiated all night, asking for help with her partner, and no one came to their call. Of the four days she was there, on the second day, her ankles felt like boots because they weren't elevated (even though they took notes). They placed her on a low mezzanine, just low enough for her to get in and out, so the nurses wouldn't have to keep an eye on her, but it wasn't enough. Also, at lunch, my grandmother's tablemates told me she barely ate because she didn't have enough strength in her arms to break certain foods. However, I insisted she ask the staff for help. On the last day, she asked for hot chocolate because she was trembling so much and couldn't hold a spoon. The nurse only gave her a spoonful and left. (Honestly, I find it unprofessional and unethical not to help someone who can't even hold a damn spoon on their own eat breakfast.) . In short, I didn't like the way the staff treated me because they were there to make their workday as comfortable as possible (not very professional). They kept them on the back foot, especially the most dependent ones, even though they were all right. As if they were furniture. I went every day because I didn't feel comfortable knowing they weren't taking care of her enough. However, the staff told me everything was going smoothly. The only solution they offered me was the following: if I wanted help eating, I would have to stay with people with cognitive and physical disabilities. In conclusion, it has good facilities, however, this residence isn't suitable for any elderly person. It depends on their needs. I think you can't mix sane people with demented people simply because they are physically dependent. It's regrettable. They should organize the staff differently. By the way, they lost two items of clothing during the four days she was there. AMAZING! They do charge a fair amount. My grandmother was admitted to the hospital and was happy to have gotten her out of there. Facilities: 4/5 Staff: 2/5
