El Centro Residencial Los Villares recibe críticas unánimemente negativas de los usuarios, quienes denuncian negligencia grave, falta de personal (solo 2-3 cuidadores para 25-26 residentes), condiciones deplorables de higiene e instalaciones obsoletas, así como pérdida de peso preocupante de los residentes y cobros fraudulentos por servicios. Los testimonios reflejan un lugar donde el abandono y la explotación económica predominan, llevando a las familias a retirar a sus mayores tras períodos muy breves de estancia.

Completely unsuitable. We chose it because of its proximity and because we thought that, being small, it would have a more family-like atmosphere, but it has been a total disappointment. My relative only stayed for a month, and although we lost some of the money we paid initially, we moved them to another residence where we are very happy.

I'm giving one review because it won't let me give fewer. The worst place I've ever been to. It's not a nursing home, it's a warehouse for the elderly. They abandon them to their fate. My parents lost over 10 kilos in two months. The food was stale. The owner is shameless. On the last day, after signing my parents' discharge papers, we had to call the police because they wouldn't let us take my father out. And the woman told us they wouldn't return the deposit until three months after death. Unbelievable! If you love your elderly relatives, never take them there. It's a pathetic place. And to top it all off, they took my mother to the hairdresser one day, which was awful, and charged us for three appointments. The same with the podiatrist. It's a disgrace how they use the elderly for their own gain. 🤮

I'm giving it one star because it won't let me leave it blank. Horrid place. Please don't take any family members. They say they have 26 elderly people and only 3 women caring for them. On our last visit, we felt a mix of pity for them, disgust at the place, and a strong urge to report them right then and there. It should be closed forever. The relatives of those housed there have no heart 😩. Get them out immediately or they'll die soon. The place is old, with many interior stairs, and filthy. Three people doing everything for 26 is neither logical nor humane.

Very bad. I share all the negative opinions because my grandmother was unfortunately also there. She wasn't even there for two months due to the neglected state she was in. Family members had to make appointments to visit, supposedly because of capacity limits. We weren't allowed inside the residence.

I visited the care home and the condition is deplorable. The elderly residents are crammed together, without proper ventilation, their spirits are at rock bottom, they're not looking around, they seem "too quiet," the rooms are awful, and the furnishings are generally twenty years old. It's appalling that places like this exist where people pay a fortune and our grandparents are kept in such a deplorable state, with only two people on the night shift to care for 25 elderly residents. I truly don't understand how anyone can leave a family member in a place like this.
