Opiniones

I'm giving one star just to give something. The treatment my relative received from this care home was appalling. If you have the chance, don't take your loved ones here. Starting with the lack of information from the moment they were admitted, it was unbelievable. We would go to see our relative and suddenly they would have bruises and cuts on their face from a fall, and they hadn't told us, or even from a visit to the hospital, and they hadn't told us anything about that either. Then there were the disappearances of personal belongings, and they dressed my relative in summer clothes in the middle of winter in Madrid, when it was 3 degrees Celsius, even though there were plenty of winter clothes in the closet. Their suitcase was left unpacked for who knows how long after arrival... because we were only allowed up to their room once, and by chance, they forbade us from going upstairs. Finally, there was a complete lack of empathy from the care home manager (Lourdes), who treated the relatives who came there with a very unpleasant and disrespectful attitude. The only good thing I can say about the place is the friendly service from a young employee named Diego.

They all treat you with great friendliness and explain everything very well, as long as you ask questions. My grandmother is happy, to a certain extent. The facilities are all clean, the food is varied, although a bit limited. They offer several activities. The rooms could be improved a bit, as they're a bit outdated and old, and the patio could be cleaned a little more, to say the least, since we've been outside. Regarding what they say about going up to the rooms, they've let us go up there twice and haven't given us any problems about getting one thing and getting another. They're always on top of everything.

My father arrived in a medical and social emergency, and together with the care home, we've managed to secure social assistance and stabilize his health. The service is commensurate with the price, and the staff have always been kind and attentive to my father.

Don't bring your loved ones here. The worst experience. On the first day, they took my father-in-law's dementia medication off his back, which caused him to run away from the nursing home and wander around town without even knowing where he was. Naturally, they kicked us out of the nursing home because they couldn't handle him; he wasn't there for even 24 hours. And they let another acquaintance's mother die just like that, without notifying her family. No living person deserves what you do in that nursing home. Shameful.

We had a bad experience with my father-in-law at this care home. He was there for 15 days. He walked in, completely independent, and we had to take him out in a wheelchair, unable to eat on his own and unable to have clear conversations. They gave him medication that made him very ill. They didn't talk to the family to explain the reason for the medication or his poor condition during those 15 days. In our opinion, they don't want the elderly residents to move around or cause any "problems"; they want them sitting down all day. Be careful and keep an eye on your relatives if you choose this care home.
