They should be ashamed of themselves. They don't care for their elderly. A few days ago, my aunt was admitted there, practically unconscious. They were notified and said it was her blood sugar. They administered insulin, but she ended up in the hospital thanks to a family member because the nursing assistant refused to call an ambulance, saying she was fine. When she arrived at the hospital, she suffered multiple organ failure and unfortunately passed away. My question is, if no family member had been there at that moment, would she have died there alone? They are a disgrace. We will take legal action.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give zero. The only good thing is the price. A terrible experience with my mother. They were very nice at first, but then when we took my mother out on October 20th to move her to another residence and asked for a refund for the extra 10 days we had paid in advance, they refused and, on top of that, were disrespectful and made up excuses. Not recommended at all, only as a last resort if you can't afford a better one.

In my opinion, it's a great care home. During these difficult times we're all experiencing with the coronavirus, they're ensuring our residents maintain social distancing, in addition to the many other activities they carry out to monitor their health. They also keep families informed daily about their well-being. They are true professionals. Thank you all so much. I'm not mentioning anyone by name because I don't want to leave anyone out, and besides, I don't know all of you, but I am very, very grateful for what you are doing for all the residents. As of December 8, 2022, I want to reiterate the professionalism of these wonderful people. My mother's physical improvement since she was admitted five years ago is evident; it's not just my opinion. The photo above is from when she was admitted, and the one below is from this spring.

They are wonderful professionals. They show so much care and love to our family. It's a welcoming and family-like place. It's not our home. It's such a difficult time. Thank you so much for helping us cope with being away from my mother 24 hours a day.
