The van driver is a disgrace; he doesn't respect crosswalks and even gets angry if you tell him. A true professional, that's how he'll treat our elderly.

My father, who's almost 100, goes and loves it, and so do we. The treatment is excellent, from the director Monica to the staff, Olivia, the drivers Oscar and Jorge, and the women who accompany them. Since he started, his mobility and memory have improved significantly. He also goes with great enthusiasm every day. They do lots of activities and take them to visit different places. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of them and making them feel useful and excited.

The driver and his companion were pathetic. I had to double park because my daughter was vomiting, and first he almost took out half the car, and to make matters worse, he told me what a great place to stop. Then he drove over the sidewalk and into the crowd of people walking on the road. Those two workers were pathetic.

Located in the historic center, the hotel, although somewhat small, is quite well-designed. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Access is somewhat difficult by car because it's on a single street, with no parking available, and the surrounding areas are always crowded. Otherwise, it's fine, with nothing much to report.
