My grandfather lives in this residence. Our family is delighted with the care he receives; they make everything so easy for us. It's a very welcoming place, where they've never refused any of our requests and are always happy to help us with anything we need. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the residents want for nothing. I can only say good things. The care is incredible, especially from Lorena, who always treats us and her residents with a smile, making everything much easier and more bearable.
