Ballesol Alcobendas cuenta con un equipo de profesionales altamente dedicado y cariñoso que ha generado experiencias muy positivas en la mayoría de los residentes y sus familias, quienes destacan la calidad de atención, el trato humano y las actividades ofrecidas. Sin embargo, existe una reseña crítica que señala problemas importantes respecto a la calidad de la comida y el seguimiento de prescripciones médicas durante una estancia temporal, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en algunos aspectos del servicio.

It has been almost eight years, and at Ballesol Alcobendas we have felt right at home. We want to express our sincerest gratitude to all the extraordinary people who work there, providing the utmost care and comfort to our elderly residents day after day, especially when they feel most dependent and vulnerable. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to your work, professionalism, warmth, dedication, affection, empathy, and availability to address any issue that has arisen, always seeking the best solution to provide the highest quality of life for our mother. My mother-in-law was there for a month. She went in because she needed help with everyday things like showering and using the bathroom. The hospital recommended she go to a temporary residence to recover from surgery. She couldn't put weight on her foot or bear any weight on that leg. They only helped her get up to go to the bathroom instead of using the bedpan (as prescribed by the doctors). They insisted she put weight on it. And what she found worst was the food. They display what they're going to eat, and it looked absolutely disgusting! The poor thing kept saying it was disgusting. We had to bring her food because sometimes she went without eating, thanks to the Lidl next door. And she's not a picky eater; she eats everything, but the food, its condition, and its appearance were appalling. She endured it for a month and then asked us to take her out.

My mother, Margarita, was admitted two months ago with mobility issues. She was welcomed with open arms, and for a 72-year-old with excellent cognitive function, the welcome and integration into the center were wonderful. This month she was discharged because, thanks to the amazing team there, she recovered so much that she could return home. My gratitude goes out to the entire team: nurses, nursing assistants, receptionist, doctors, physiotherapists, therapists, activity coordinators, cooks, cleaning staff, supervisors, and the director. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone because, truly, each and every one of them made my mother feel right at home. It's a very welcoming center. The residents are always kept entertained, with activities morning and afternoon, and they have a fantastic time. They are cared for wonderfully, with so much love, and the staff is always attentive to them and to the family members who visit. I recommend it 100%, because everything we've experienced has been incredibly positive. Thanks to this experience, my mother has no doubt that if she ever has to return, she will. It was a very positive experience for her, and she will carry many people in her heart whom she will never forget for all the help they gave her. Thank you for everything, Margarita
