I worked here as a caregiver and had to leave. I couldn't stand the mistreatment my colleagues gave the elderly women. In the four days I went to work, I noticed that they all made the poor ladies cry (Isabel especially, the worst one). And there's a nun named Sister Maria who is even worse than her colleagues. I never imagined a nun could be so cruel. One day I saw her give a dependent woman some food after she'd dropped a piece of fruit on the floor, and the woman rudely shoved it into her mouth. This is just one of the many things I saw that made me quit because I can't bear to see these defenseless and dependent people treated like that. This place doesn't deserve any stars because of the people who work there, but I'm forced to give it at least one. 😔

My mother is there, and I can never thank her enough for seeing her so happy and content... the kind treatment and affection she and everyone who lives there receive, and those close to these sisters who dedicate their lives to serving the most needy... I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you.

"Fatal" doesn't even begin to cover it. My grandparents both died within a year and a half of each other. The care was appalling, they were completely neglected, the treatment of family members was deplorable, and they were utterly unreliable. Honestly, I not only don't recommend it, but I'm warning anyone interested not to take their family members there UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
