We are very happy with the residence and the care we received. All the staff are friendly, respectful, and very professional. My grandmother is always well cared for, and we have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. We also want to highlight the excellent work of Lorena as director: she is attentive to daily needs, listens to the families, and it's clear she is genuinely committed to the residents' well-being. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and communication with the family is constant. Highly recommended.
