La Residència L'Anunciata recibe valoraciones muy positivas de sus usuarios, quienes destacan el trato humano y personalizado, la profesionalidad del equipo multidisciplinario (cuidadores, enfermeras, médicos y personal de cocina) y el ambiente tranquilo y bien mantenido de las instalaciones. Aunque se menciona ocasionalmente una posible falta de personal que genera estrés en el equipo, los residentes y sus familias expresan una gran confianza y satisfacción general con la calidad del cuidado prestado.

We are very happy with the residence. The staff is very friendly, professional and attentive to the residents and their families. The facilities are well maintained and there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

We have had my mother and mother-in-law here for a few years now and we are happy and grateful for the care you have with all the residents. It is not an easy task, neither for you nor for the relatives but together we manage. I would also like to thank the daily effort and patience of the caregivers, doctor and nurses, as well as the kitchen staff, since I have people who do it very well. To put a disadvantage, I would say that sometimes there is a shortage of staff and the few who are there have to go on leave. I think it must be very stressful for them. Otherwise, I say that it is a peace of mind to know that the people we love are in good hands. THANK YOU.

L'Anunciata is a very good residence, the treatment is very human and personalized. All its workers, each within their field, form a high quality team. The guests are noticed calm and very well attended to. Thank you!!!!

The nurses are very nice to the mother and the physiotherapist is accompanying her to make her walk more. 😀😀😀 They convey to me professionalism, team spirit and I am very happy that the mother is walking again. Thank you very much!
