Residència CAL Tomeu destaca por contar con un personal de cuidado muy amable, dedicado y cualificado que proporciona atención médica de calidad en un ambiente limpio y acogedor donde los residentes reciben afecto y buen trato. Sin embargo, existe una crítica significativa respecto a la gestión y dirección, que según algunos usuarios no ha mostrado empatía ni trato adecuado, aunque esto contrasta con la mayoría de valoraciones altamente positivas sobre la calidad general de la residencia.
