La Residència Betula Alba recibe evaluaciones muy variadas que reflejan inconsistencia en su servicio y calidad culinaria. Mientras algunos clientes elogian la comida exquisita y el excelente servicio en un ambiente agradable, otros reportan platos con sabores desiguales, precios que no justifican la calidad, y problemas con la atención al cliente, particularmente hacia visitantes que no hablan catalán. Parece ser un establecimiento en desarrollo que aún necesita mejorar su consistencia y capacitación del personal para ofrecer una experiencia confiable.

Cheap, but very, very fair in terms of quality and service. Four people had dinner, and after dinner, the best comments were: the beers and coffee. The croquettes were overly nutmeg, the salad was mayonnaise, the tomato salad with tuna belly was delicious, the snouts and tripe were very weak... Cheap, to be honest, although there are many places for the same price, and frankly, better ones. The Porto Vechio, which must be owned by the same people, is frankly superior. I suppose this one is still very new and needs more experience. Cheer up.

Looking forward to going back! We had a fantastic dinner, the omelet was exquisite, the croquettes spectacular, the meatballs incredible... and to top it all off, the best cheesecake we've ever tried! Highly recommended, whether for a snack or for dinner with family or friends.

Unfortunately, the waitstaff didn't seem to understand that not speaking Catalan shouldn't lower the quality of customer service. I won't be returning.
