It doesn't deserve even one star. These people have no shame. I hope they never have to endure the terrible experience and appalling service they provide to their parents. It's unacceptable to keep residents covered in urine, in rooms in poor condition, with dampness and filth. The mistreatment is indescribable without mentioning the lack of staff. The owner of the residence is also the one who cooks, and when he's not cooking, he's the one who cleans. A TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!

It doesn't deserve even one star; I'm only giving it one because otherwise I can't write. But I think the people who gave it five stars are completely unrealistic and insensitive to the reality of the people living there. I'd like to see their relatives experience those miserable conditions in that residence before they give their opinion. I managed to get my relative out of that place, and it's heartbreaking how she left. She went in walking and came out almost in a wheelchair, and all in just a few months. At first, they were very kind and made everything sound wonderful, but as the weeks went by, every time I visited her, her condition worsened until I decided to end it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a shame that people like that exist, taking advantage of the most vulnerable.

This residence is not recommended for placing a family member. The management's attention is appalling, there's a lack of medical staff, the facilities are of very poor quality for the price, and the residents' hygiene is terrible, as is the dirty and smelly laundry. In short, if you want a family member to be well cared for, look for another residence with better care, better facilities, and, most importantly, proper personal hygiene for the residents, which is essential. This place should have been closed a long time ago. The residents were mistreated. My parents were covered in feces and urine from the previous day, their clothes smelled of urine for days, their skin was irritated from not having their diapers changed, and they had injuries from supposed accidental falls, coinciding with my request to leave the residence. My parents couldn't adapt to being there, and now I understand why, because the treatment from the very beginning was appalling. They tell you they handle the paperwork for dependency benefits and other things, but what they actually do is steal your money, not to mention the procedures they carry out without asking the family's consent. The staff at the residence were rude, constantly disrespectful to the residents and their families, even losing their temper and becoming overly aggressive when asked to explain what we found there. This place should be closed so that no other family has to suffer what we went through.

It doesn't deserve any stars; on the contrary, it's a hellish residence. Starting with the care for the elderly, which is nonexistent, they don't care about them at all. It's heartbreaking to see the state they're in, with no hygiene whatsoever, abandoned to their fate. All they care about is collecting their monthly salary (which isn't cheap), while the poor residents are unable to live a decent life. I think that's asking too little, isn't it? Considering the exorbitant amount they pay. Measures should be taken to stop this situation. They don't deserve this treatment.
