It was very difficult for us to move my grandmother to a care home. After visiting several, we chose Los Rosales. The guilt we felt leaving her there has gradually lessened because she feels better every day. The staff at Los Rosales are very caring towards the residents, and María, the director, has a proven track record of not having had a single case of COVID at the residence. It's a welcoming and clean place, and being able to go out into the garden is wonderful for them. My grandmother, who was a little depressed because my grandfather had passed away two years ago, seems happier every day when we visit her and when they have parties for Christmas, Carnival, and other occasions. Thanks to being at Los Rosales, she has discovered that she loves coloring mandalas, reading stories, and doing some light exercise, as she's not up for too much activity. She needed a place like this, surrounded by people (especially other women her age), and to have so much fun and feel loved. Thank you.

Thank you for the kind treatment my family member and we received from all the staff at the residence. The activities and services offered (parties, student music groups, hairdressing, podiatry, etc.) create a very enriching and positive environment for all the residents. Thank you for everything.

My uncle stayed at this residence and the service was lovely. The facilities were orderly and peaceful, and the manager is a delight—super attentive and helpful in every way she can. I recommend it 100%. Thank you so much for everything :)

It's small, and if you want to take your family for a walk down the single corridor, they won't let you, only in the afternoons. They're trying to project a good image, but it leaves much to be desired.
