La Residencia San José cuenta con personal dedicado y compassivo en la atención física de los mayores, aspecto que es ampliamente valorado por algunos usuarios, aunque otros expresan preocupación por la falta de personal y la insuficiencia de actividades de entretenimiento e estimulación mental para los residentes. Las opiniones están muy divididas, oscilando entre quienes ven la residencia como un lugar de cuidado profesional y genuino, y quienes cuestionan si realmente cumple con sus promesas más allá de la apariencia.

The staff are all wonderful. I remember Tina... or something like that, an assistant who treated the elderly with great compassion. I'm giving one star because of the obvious lack of staff. All they care about is money.

I wish they had more time to devote to entertaining the elderly, especially those who can't travel. It's not all about physical care, which they do very well. Keeping their minds occupied is very important, or at least I think so...
