La Residencia San José recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas que destacan su limpieza, instalaciones de calidad, personal dedicado y atención cariñosa por parte de las hermanas que la dirigen, con usuarios comparándola favorablemente con residencias privadas de lujo. Sin embargo, existe al menos una reseña muy crítica que cuestiona seriamente la calidad de la atención al cuidado, lo que sugiere posibles inconsistencias en los estándares de servicio que merecen consideración.

A spectacular senior living residence, very well run, excellent care, very clean, all the sisters of the congregation are very caring and wonderful in welcoming everyone who comes and goes. Thank you!!

This residence feels more like a hotel—spacious, clean, with facilities that many 4-star hotels don't have, and the staff are very friendly. The residents are generally happy. And besides, the nuns who run it will always have more morals than people who don't believe in anything.

My mother lives at this residence and she's delighted. The staff certainly don't do everything for three people. From what I've seen, the staff are thrilled to work at this congregation. It's no wonder it's ranked fourth in Spain. Congratulations to this congregation. And thank you for taking such good care of our elderly.

The care staff are a complete disgrace to the elderly. It's a shame that vulnerable people can be treated this way, intentionally and without consequence. I would never recommend it.

This retirement home is every bit as good as the best private ones. In fact, I've seen a level of care, dedication, and affection from the sisters that's unimaginable in any other residence, no matter how expensive. Oh, and the facilities are superb.
