La Residencia Nuestra Señora del Olmo cuenta con un personal de cuidadores muy competente y dedicado que brinda una atención personalizada en un ambiente acogedor, sin embargo, enfrenta serios problemas de gestión administrativa, particularmente con una responsable que muestra falta de profesionalismo, comunicación deficiente y actitudes groseras hacia los familiares. Esta disyuntiva entre la calidad del cuidado directo y la deficiente gestión gerencial genera una experiencia desigual en la residencia.

Well, I have to say the caretakers at the residence are very good, but I can't say the same about the management team. I never found out who the director is. Then there's a woman who's supposedly in charge, though I still don't know what she's in charge of, because apart from being rude and not knowing how to deal with people, when you call to resolve a problem, she hangs up on you or tells you that's just how they work and acts like nothing's wrong with that. Or she tells you that you're bothering her and that she can't talk to you right now and hangs up again. She's a complete disgrace. I find it unbelievable that someone like that could be in charge of anything. It's a shame.
