Somos una gran familia compuesta por 17 profesionales, 24 usuarios y un motón de visitas que diariamente recibimos, y todos (profesionales, visitas y usuarios) nos ocupamos de mantener en el centro un ambiente lo más parecido posible al que cada uno deseamos en nuestro hogar.

If you want your family member to live in a hole and wither away in disgust, this is the place for you. If you want them to be well cared for and have minimal medical and healthcare, choose anywhere but this one.

My grandfather's experience has been wonderful. Home-cooked meals, clean facilities, and constant attention—from the very first moment, we felt right at home, and he always told us how comfortable he was there. Many thanks to the entire team; what you do for the residents is invaluable.

A wonderful experience for my two parents. For three years, we felt like part of their extended family. What they do is priceless; that extra effort... The staff is incredibly compassionate and deeply aware that they are working with people. There is a doctor, a nurse, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, and support staff. The facilities are clean, tidy, well-maintained, and perfectly adequate. There are parks and green spaces nearby for walks, as well as bars. It's within walking distance of almost anywhere in León. Especially during such difficult times as these, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is not a recommended nursing home. Poor care for the elderly and very poor facilities lack anti-bedsore mattresses for those who need them. Overall, it's pretty bad; only some of the caregivers are nice. The management of the center is terrible, only interested in money and unfamiliar with quality. I rate the price-performance ratio at 1. There have been several complaints.

I just saw María Jesús's review of the La Familia residence and it left me a little perplexed, as, in my experience, it doesn't correspond at all with what I see on a daily basis. My mother has been there for a little over two years, and I must say that the treatment the residents receive from the staff is impeccable. I imagine that, like anyone, in any social or family setting, they must have made some mistakes—who's perfect?—but what I see every day is a lot of affection and efficiency. As for the management, what can I say? In my case, they have ALWAYS been there for everything I've needed, and I think that on occasion, they've gone far beyond what was strictly their responsibility. The facilities? Comfortable, clean, and, in my opinion, very good value for money. I take this opportunity to thank the management, caregivers, and medical staff for the care my mother receives. I would advise anyone looking for a home for their loved ones to visit the center in person, regardless of online reviews. Chelo Martínez
