La Residencia Virgen de Loreto presenta opiniones muy divididas que reflejan inconsistencias significativas en su servicio: mientras algunos usuarios destacan las buenas instalaciones, el trato profesional y la ubicación céntrica que permite a los residentes salir y recibir visitas, otros reportan problemas graves como falta de acompañamiento médico, discrepancias entre lo prometido y lo entregado, trato desagradable del personal con familiares, e iluminación deficiente en las áreas comunes. Las principales fortalezas residen en la infraestructura física y la autonomía de los residentes

The care for inmates leaves much to be desired. If a person needs a consultation, there's no one to accompany them from the center. When I went to reserve a room, I was shown a room, and when we arrived, it was half of what I had seen. When I complained, the treatment was nothing like the first day (when I went to reserve). VERY BAD. A person who needs eye surgery (or any other surgery) can't be left alone in a taxi to León, since if they're there, it's because their family members can't afford it. Much room for improvement.

Senior residence located in the urban area of Valencia de Don Juan. You can visit the residents at very specific times. Residents can also leave the residence to go home to the village, take a walk, go shopping, have a drink, etc.

The staff's treatment of family members leaves much to be desired; there are ways to say things without being unpleasant and unfriendly, and the lighting inside is depressing; being in those hallways, whether it's summer or winter, day or night... a horror... otherwise, barely acceptable.
