I'm delighted with the staff, starting with the manager and ending with the most recent caretaker, the cook. The treatment is fantastic. My father came here after three strokes, and the way they care for him, the way they look after him, and the way they look after him is truly appreciated. Since he's been there, he's improved a lot, and he's delighted. I just want to thank the staff for how fantastic they are and how well they do their work.

If I had to describe it in one word, I'd say it's a very FAMILY-FRIENDLY residence. As for us (the family members), we're very happy because they're accessible and, since we live far away, they've been very accommodating whenever difficulties have arisen. And as for the residents, the care and affection have been wonderful, both from the director and the rest of the staff. We're very grateful.

I'd like to know if the people who are hurling such outrageous insults at this nursing home have ever visited their families, at least once every two weeks, to see how the staff works there and how they care for the people. I'm writing this because I had a relative there, and until the very last moment, they treated him WONDERFULLY. I just want to say, don't mess with the bread of the people who work there, because it could just be that those who are hurling this amount of insults haven't cared enough for their families. Now, the typical comment will come from someone who doesn't know how to do anything other than insult, but whatever.
