I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The management is appalling. Supposedly the director is the son, but his father has more control than he does. The son is a "salesman" who is there just to be there, and in the meantime, they're hoping they'll buy it, because for those who don't know, it's for sale. There's a constant lack of staff, which has a direct and negative impact on the residents, especially, as was the case with my mother, on the staff. They have a hired man who acts as a doctor, or to put it another way, he's a South American with a medical degree who works several jobs a week just to pass the time. This lack of rigor and professionalism on the part of this man is known by both father and son, but they ignore it. The last time my mother (who passed away a few months ago) was admitted to the hospital, the first thing they told me was that she was malnourished!!! Uuuuf my blood still boils every time I remember it... Toño and Tino, Tino and Toño, you've done sooooo badly and you know it.

An excellent place, and a true home, to live, rest, and recover, where the warm and caring treatment creates a "big family" with which all residents identify. The attention and affection provided by all the staff, from the most junior employee to the management team, is exquisite and respectful, just as our families deserve.

Caring for those reaching their "golden age" is not easy. The grandfather you once idealized, afflicted by a degenerative disease, becomes a rude and violent stranger. It can be heartbreaking to see him reduced to a mere fraction of his former self, but the staff at this residence, from the first caregiver to the last owner, provide kindness, dignity, and consideration to your loved ones, minimizing the impact of their passing. In those final months, seeing them go is already sad enough without worrying about their care, and this place undoubtedly eliminates that anxiety. I wish no one ever had to end up in a nursing home, but I wish all those where they do were like this one.

This senior living residence is top-notch. Excellent staff, spacious facilities, a variety of animals on the grounds, diverse activities for the residents, impeccable hygiene, attentive care... a true luxury. It's best seen in person.
