Opiniones

It's a very large residence with clean, new, and high-quality facilities. My father stayed there for a while, and his condition improved significantly from the time he entered until he left. He received excellent care from Luis, the social worker, and Sandra, the director. I believe they strive to do a good job with the elderly residents and ensure they receive the best possible care.

Total disappointment. I just spoke with an assistant, Patricia. I think she called to ask about a relative they've admitted to the hospital. And I received terrible treatment. I know they can't give out any information. But they need a little politeness and empathy. I think when they admit a resident, the least they should do is ask about them. They're people, and when they leave them in the hospital, they forget about them. I had my parents for 10 years, and they never treated me like that. Unfortunately, they're gone now. And the good memories I have. They've just been taken from me.

I'm giving the facility one star. Nothing in the contract is being fulfilled, there's a lack of staff, and there's a real lack of humanity toward the residents, who are treated like furniture. I wouldn't recommend it even to the worst enemy. When you complain about what's wrong, they pass the problems on to each other, and no one, neither management nor employees, solves anything. I wish everyone who has to work there the best of luck.

I absolutely do not recommend this nursing home. My grandmother just passed away due to the treatment she received there. We learned that she barely ate, vomited frequently, and was dehydrated, and they never informed us of any of this until we had to rush her to the emergency room because of her condition. We placed our trust in them, and now we've lost my grandmother. 😥 Furthermore, I've noticed that most of the positive reviews are from the administrative and management staff, as well as their relatives, who haven't had a family member there. What a shame!

A disastrous experience. I would never recommend it. There are not enough staff or caregivers for so many people, resulting in minimal, insufficient, and appalling care. In any care home, families should be informed of any health problems affecting a resident, but this is not the case here. We discovered enormous bruises by chance, which led to her being rushed to the hospital almost bleeding to death, and no one knew anything about them. Wounds and bedsores appeared within a month, and they didn't know how to treat them. She suffered from diarrhea for a long time, which they didn't inform us about. Our relative's tablemates were the ones who told us she wasn't eating anything, and on top of that, they were scolded for telling us. They offer very little water, and if someone has difficulty swallowing or drinking, they don't even bother to help or check if they're drinking because they simply can't provide any more. Medication is left in front of residents, and they don't even bother to make sure they've taken it. Management washes their hands of the matter and has never admitted to the mismanagement or apologized for it. Our family member sadly passed away due to dehydration and malnutrition, which led to end-stage renal failure and immense suffering, and no one can bring her back. I hope these opinions prompt at least some reflection from management, because human compassion is sorely lacking, and the professionalism and care are appalling.
