Opiniones

I found it to be a very pleasant place. It has spacious, sunny gardens, large rooms with roomy closets, and shared bathrooms. They also have a gym, a craft room, and a TV room, which helps ensure they always have activities to do. The center's entrances and exits are secure, controlled by a video intercom. On Sundays, they serve hot chocolate and churros for breakfast, unless medically necessary. Residents can go out with their families for walks in the courtyard or around the village. Upon arrival, the visitors' entrance is not clearly visible; they should put up a sign that can be seen from a distance. I think it's one of the best options for when we get older; it prevents loneliness, ensures we're well cared for, and prevents us from feeling like a burden on our families. Our children have significant family and work obligations; knowing they're in good hands gives us peace of mind.

The perfect place to live when it's impossible to do so at home, with modern facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere. To the entire team, THANK YOU for taking care of our parents and grandparents when we can't. We have complete confidence in you.

Today I went for the first time. My mother has only been there for 10 days. The staff is incredibly caring and efficient. She's calm and settling in very well. She's clean, hydrated, and has a balanced diet. Thank you so much. A 10 out of 10 for the care and patience they show the residents.

It's a very welcoming center, with very friendly and attentive staff. They've cared for my mother as if she were their own. They organize lots of activities throughout the year, and we have a blast! And the elderly residents even more so. Whenever we've had any questions or problems, they've given us options to resolve them to our liking. They also always keep us informed about everything. We're very happy and grateful to them.

The "MIRACULOUS" APP. Shameful!! On November 23, 2017, my parents were admitted to the Fresno de la Vega Nursing Home. My mother passed away in January 2018, and my father in April 2018 (four months old). One of the reasons we decided to enter this center was the app they had, through which they provided daily updates on their health status, nutrition, and participation in activities (we thought it was a way to check on their status). Communication wasn't easy due to scheduling issues, although it was rare for us to miss a day when we weren't visiting, and we spent entire days caring for my mother during her last month. We were able to learn about and observe the 24-hour operation of the nursing home. When my father passed away, I realized that this app didn't provide real monitoring of the residents, without considering other issues. For the entire month following my father's death, we continued to receive updates on his health, nutrition, and participation in activities (even during his hospital stay). I find it a terrible moral injury that for a month after his death, we have to see on the app that my father ate and felt great some days, felt average other days, and felt ill others. GENTLEMEN, MY FATHER WAS ALREADY DEAD!!!!! This leads me to think that very little care is put into the app and the work in general, and it makes me doubt the overall professionalism of this center. After this experience and what I've experienced here, I regret knocking on your door, and I'm sure, given the few months we were there (many hours and days on end), that things won't get better.
