As a direct relative of a resident, I can state the following with full knowledge: The medical service at this facility is absolutely deplorable, with practices that fall far short of even the most basic standards of quality and, in my opinion, are morally questionable. Furthermore, the treatment of family members by this service is patently unacceptable. I am unaware that the center's management, despite being fully aware of the situation, has taken any action. Without a doubt, I would NOT recommend this residence to anyone.

It's a disaster. They don't care about the person; all they want is the bank account. The practices leave much to be desired. If you're dependent, forget it; they won't feed you or take care of your hygiene. The pandemic has been a godsend for them.
