My mother has been in this residence for almost three years, and I'm so happy with how she's progressed and how she is now. I want to thank Sandra, Gemma, Vanesa, Lucía, Judit, and everyone else for their compassion; I can never thank them enough. But three days ago, my mother fell and fractured her hip, and I'm outraged that the director hasn't even bothered to call to ask how my mother is. Other directors at different facilities didn't hesitate to do the same for my father-in-law when he was injured. That's called empathy and compassion, not just focusing on revenue. Even staff members have visited her in their free time. Sometimes a position of authority is too much for them. And this isn't just my perception; it's my own experience. Besides, she's completely unreachable (at least to me). Aside from this, I wholeheartedly recommend La Rosaleda.

My mother needed the services of the Los Rosales Residence in Ponferrada and has just passed away. I wanted to share my experience, and honestly, those were the happiest last years I could have given my mother. The care she received, from the first employee to the director, Estefanía, was exquisite, highly professional, and very personal, for which I will always be very grateful. It was difficult for me to take the step of placing her in this nursing home, but it was worth it.

Both the director and her staff, especially Sandra and Vanessa, have demonstrated extraordinary human qualities, addressing my concerns at all times and putting up with the slights from some of my family members. It's a very good residence and a great team.

La higiene era muy buena, utilizaban un sistema en la que limpiaban la habitación de mi madre con unos textiles que luego lavaban. Ahora han vuelto a usar la fregona sucia con el agua mas sucia todavía (no la cambian) y ha bajado la higiene muchísimo. Es una pena que vayan hacia atrás en vez de adelante
