Sin embargo, existe una grave denuncia sobre maltrato, negligencia y medicación excesiva que ha sido reportada a los tribunales, lo que sugiere problemas serios de gestión que contrastan fuertemente con las experiencias positivas relatadas por otros usuarios.

During my mother's time at the nursing home, she was delighted with the care she received and the facilities. We felt very at ease seeing her like this and seeing day after day that she was feeling better and that she was always entertained and accompanied. She said that all the staff were very affectionate with all the residents, and we can attest to that, as the director, the social worker, the nurse, the therapist, the assistants, and the entire staff are very professional and charming. Thank you very much, it has been a pleasure.

Inhumane treatment. The care home has been reported to the courts ex officio. Residents are dehydrated, neglected, and most of the time overmedicated to the point of being reckless. It's no wonder the management gets upset if you visit unexpectedly. I hope the public prosecutor's office takes action; you seem to have forgotten that those euros represent human beings. The full force of the law should be brought down on this deplorable way of treating the residents. Justice for what you allowed to happen until death without even notifying the families.

The change in management is definitely noticeable, with a director with clear ideas, with that closeness to family and grandparents, and a team that clearly works with pleasure! The entire operation has improved a lot, the menus, the predisposition of all the girls, the closeness of the management in case of any problem or incident and in general... everything is super good... my two grandparents are super happy... my grandmother actually walks and everything, thanks to the physiotherapist and the good atmosphere there is!! The director knows how to treat each case, and of course, previously as a social worker, a 10... friendly and caring with the grandparents, and with such a peculiar way of speaking, that you can only love her... I definitely recommend this place! Young people on staff, nice and attentive girls, friendly management, cleanliness, order and know-how!!! Thank you for everything Alicia Senior Center

I have a relative in this nursing home. The staff has always been great professionals, but now with Covid-19, they're heroes. I include Cecilio, the doctor. We owe them a great debt. They're giving more than any human being can give. Is it hard not seeing our loved ones? Yes, it is, but under no circumstances do we want anything serious to happen to them under these circumstances. Thank you so much.
