El Centro Buendía-Altollano recibe críticas muy negativas de los usuarios, quienes denuncian principalmente deficiencias graves en la alimentación, falta de personal suficiente y descuidos en la atención a los residentes, llegando incluso a situaciones que han requerido hospitalización. Aunque algunos aspectos como la limpieza y las actividades recreativas son valorados positivamente, las carencias en cuidados básicos y la discrepancia entre lo prometido y lo ofrecido hacen que la mayoría de usuarios no recomiende la residencia y haya optado por trasladar a sus familiares a otros cent

A very negative experience. They sell you something that isn't true. The food is horrible, you can barely eat it, and it's nothing like what they promise. There's never enough staff, and they often forget to put the residents to bed. It's an undignified and very worrying situation. We had to move my grandmother's residence because this is a complete scam. I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants their elderly to be well cared for.

In this residence the treatment towards patients is terrible, they do not treat them as they should, above all they do not change their position and then they get serious consequences such that they go to the hospital, I think they do not have qualified personnel, in short they should recognize their horrors and not blame other health centers where they go and if they cure them

The food is terrible, that's true. In fact, most days they say it's inedible. The staff are all wonderful, the cleaning is excellent, and they keep the children very entertained with lots of activities and parties—they're fantastic at that. The problem is the food.

They sell you something that isn't what it seems. It's more facade than anything else. Poor organization. Once you buy what they tell you, they forget about it. For the price, there are better residences. On the plus side, the hospital is nearby. If my mother were better, if changes didn't affect her so much, and if there were a place available in another nearby residence, she wouldn't be there anymore.

Rosi is a terrible cook, and her assistant Monse is awful. My grandfather is in that care home and he eats terribly when those two are around. I don't know how they leave the elderly unattended.
