Bad, very bad. A care home isn't better or worse because of the services it provides, although those are important too, but because of how its staff works. Rocío's mismanagement of medication, Jaime the manager's apparent ignorance or unwillingness to acknowledge what's happening, and the lack of attention and follow-up with residents by the caregivers—who, by the way, only have two caregivers for about 40 residents, and at night there's only one person on duty. We pay around €2,000 a month, and we, the families, have to keep track of the medication being administered, the care being given, and the follow-up being done. This care home used to be good, but since Santiago left, the quality and treatment have deteriorated in every way.

This care home has lost a lot of points in the last two years; the care for our elderly residents leaves much to be desired. There is a great lack of concern, starting with the management and continuing with the head housekeeper and care staff. I do not recommend it.

My grandfather passed away in that care home. We couldn't even speak to him on the phone, and the director wouldn't even let us send him a one-minute video. It's outrageous. They certainly make time to collect their pay, which isn't a small amount. It's the last place I would recommend for a family member to spend the final years of their life surrounded by love and care, and despite appearances, that simply doesn't exist there. You only have to see how many grandparents died without any comfort. We're still waiting for at least a word of condolence or a sliver of humanity.

It's like finding an oasis in the desert, with its canal that accompanies you for several kilometers.
