Excellent center. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive to the residents. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and they offer activities that keep them active and engaged. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place for the care of our elderly.

Paying €4,000 a month just for a room seems completely unjustified, especially when the service provided falls far short of expectations. The reception staff, particularly Candy, are often unprofessional: distant, inappropriate responses, and an attitude that is completely unhelpful to residents and their families. As for management, it seems they prioritize their own interests over improving the center's operations. The staff is understaffed, and it's clear many employees are exhausted and demotivated. Several of the few truly worthwhile people have left, which is hardly surprising given the work environment. The shower cleaning team leaves much to be desired in most cases; if someone doesn't enjoy this profession, they should reconsider their position. I don't usually recommend care homes, but this one even less so. The food is of very poor quality—although the kitchen staff tries their best—but ultimately, they have to follow management's instructions, according to the assistants themselves.

I am very grateful for the experience with my family member. The entire technical and support team is incredibly empathetic and caring towards both the patient and their family. 100% recommended.

They're understaffed to care for the elderly. The food is terrible. They haven't had a cook for weeks, and they just put the first person who happens to be there in the kitchen. I'm not making this up; the director of the residence said so herself. They clearly don't care about the residents' food, and frankly, with how expensive it is, they could put more effort into the menus.

I want to thank the El Palmeral Residence, a wonderful team of people with truly exceptional character. From the director to every single member of the amazing team. In addition to the doctor's incredible support in facilitating such a sweet farewell in her final moments, she generously allowed us to share her time in her room and spend her last moments with her, filled with our love and the love of each and every one of them. Thank you so much 🙏💗
