They're like my second family. Incredible professionals, so kind, and with unparalleled training and experience. What would my mother and I do without them? Congratulations to Mila, Alfonso, Andrea, Lidia, Monica, Victor, Carmen, Wika, Juan, and countless others who dedicate themselves to them every day, with smiles and hearts overflowing with kindness. Thank you so much.

An old, aging care center with many shortcomings, including a lack of staff. They make an incredible effort, but the residents need more attention and care due to their circumstances. Recently, they took a group who wanted to go for a swim at Las Canteras Beach in a floating chair provided by the Red Cross. It was fantastic; the residents enjoyed themselves immensely, as did the caregivers, whom I called guardian angels and congratulated for their effort and good work! They had to take them in wheelchairs, load them onto the bus, move some of them and seat them on the seats, get them off the bus, take them to the beach, and carry them to put them in the chair, which they had to push into the sea and then lift with great effort between three people. Then they had to be returned to their chairs, dried off, and repeated the transfer in reverse to the social health center, changing their clothes and diapers, and feeding them. They have my utmost admiration, and they should be helped by more colleagues. Bravo to all of them: Cristo, Bernardo, another one, and three more colleagues, the driver, etc.

Bad food, lack of adapted furniture, zero activities, gloomy facilities. The rooms literally look like freezers; it's freezing. It seems privatization only brings poor treatment to our elderly. Anyone with a relative there, please keep an eye on them... Many of the staff don't inspire much confidence, and there's a serious lack of communication.

I went with my mother to deliver just her bank account number, which was all she needed. We had to wait outside since we didn't have an appointment and there wouldn't be one until 9:00. We decided to go in and sit down because it was cold outside and my mother is on dialysis. The security guard, incredibly rude, cocky, and arrogant, spoke to my mother rudely, waving his finger and saying that he made the rules and was in charge. He could have said it nicely: "Ma'am, these are the rules. I'm sorry, but you have to wait outside." No, he rudely kicked us out, and it made me lose my temper because that's no way to treat people. I think it's awful that security guards are still allowed to mistreat people, especially the elderly. They should be trained in how to treat people because they work in public institutions, and if they don't know how to treat people, they shouldn't be working with the public.

It's always the same problem, for over 15 years now, with my relative's clothes. No matter how many clothes I buy her, she never has what I bring her. The clothes disappear, they get stained with bleach, and every time I go to see her, she doesn't have the clothes I buy her. Then I ask where they are, and nobody ever knows anything, and my mother is left with worn-out clothes that aren't hers. They should fix the problem or find out what's wrong.
