An extraordinary place, with an unbeatable location. Their staff are extraordinary, true professionals in the field, and above all, incredibly kind. They are so friendly to both the residents and their caregivers. Diligent and very helpful with all kinds of day-to-day matters, they provide invaluable professional and emotional support to families. I am personally very grateful to them. I can only say that they have been exceptionally kind to my mother. She comes to the center every day as if she were going home, excited knowing she's going to have a wonderful time. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and full of affection and tenderness towards the elderly. I only have words of gratitude for the entire team; they are practically family now. This center is a second home for the elderly. It has changed my mother's and my lives. Before we found it, which was recommended to us by the nurse at the health center where my mother goes, she spent many hours sitting and watching TV and nothing else. Now she's active, she goes every morning with enthusiasm. They offer body and mind exercises, activities, and dancing, all within the limits of each patient's abilities. They celebrate all the holidays, including Carnival, Canary Islands Day, etc., and they also go on outings. In short, the staff is wonderful. They've helped me so much, and I couldn't be more grateful. It's like a second family.

This place is wonderful. I really hope that if I ever need a day center, I'll find one just like it. My mother went there, and I had the pleasure and the experience of visiting the Center and meeting the wonderful people who care for, help, and teach its users—our family members. They take such good care of them, and they also help us, the family members, to manage the day-to-day life with them, because sometimes it seems, or we think, like the world is crashing down on us, but keep your chin up, tomorrow is another day. We smiled with them and cherished every moment we had with them. Sometimes their minds aren't quite there for them, but a better time will come. So, I have no words to express how proud I am of this family; they truly are one. There's a big, big Heaven, and a little piece of that Heaven is at the Valle Lestiscal Day Center. And of course, our angels are there, the ones who care for our loved ones and make sure they have a good time, and we see those happy faces. THANK YOU SO MUCH, FAMILY!

My father has been attending for a few months now, and I'm delighted. When I chose them, I wasn't looking for a center where my father would be constantly engaged in cognitive exercises, as if they could stop his Alzheimer's, but rather a place where he would feel happy first and foremost, and then with occupational therapy, fun activities, attention, affection, and above all, great care, and support in everything we need. They're very flexible with my schedule, since my father goes three times a week, and if I have to change a day because he has a doctor's appointment, they always do it with a smile and without any fuss. The caregivers are wonderful, Sara the therapist is equally amazing, and Eukene the social worker is another marvel. In short, in these five months that my father has been going, I only have positive things to say, and I want to express my appreciation for the work of everyone involved, the residents, and their families. 😍 Thank you.
