I want to thank the Edades Residence a thousand times over for the care my mother received every single day she was there. Thank you also for the affection you showed her children and grandchildren during all the visits we made regularly, together as a family, to give her all the love and affection she deserved and try to fill the void that had been empty for so many years. I don't know if we succeeded, but I think we did. Finally, for those who don't know, my mother passed away on March 31st at 10:00 PM. The excellent staff there notified each and every one of her children. The funeral was on April 1st at 6:00 PM. Rest in peace, Mom... if they let you. A million thanks again to the Edades Residence for everything. We love you all so much.

First of all, I understand that people who write these kinds of reviews should at least have visited this excellent residence at some point, so those written out of ignorance and simply fueled by hatred are inherently invalid. THANK YOU to the staff of the residence since my grandmother was transferred there; every visit, every walk with her, every hug, you made it easier. You were so sensitive and showed her more love than her own son ever showed her. I also want to state that I, and the FAMILY, know that the residence scrupulously followed all protocols regarding notifying family members, which I personally witnessed. My grandmother was wonderfully cared for and pampered by the staff until her last day. We will be eternally grateful.

I'm replying to my sister María del Carmen Vacas: Yes, you're right that they notified all her children, but Juan, that's me, was called at 12:00 pm on April 1, 2023; I have the call recorded. If Mom has passed away with an emptiness in her heart, you know better than anyone why.

The best thing about the Edades Residence is its staff. They are unparalleled. The humanity and care with which they treat residents and their families is extraordinary. The social workers are very attentive and don't miss a single detail, and the assistants pamper the residents. My personal experience with a family member staying at this residence is very satisfactory. I haven't observed anything objectionable; quite the contrary. Thank you and CONGRATULATIONS.
