A wonderful residence for the elderly

As a place for seniors, it's not bad at all. The staff is top-notch; they rarely take them out for walks. The food is good, there's a nice courtyard with benches for sitting, phone booths so residents can talk to their families. I received good treatment during my internship as a home care assistant. The only thing I'd like to see changed is that every time I go, the smell of urine is so pervasive. They should clean a lot more.

It leaves much to be desired. There's a lack of staff; the elderly residents are alone in a room and no one visits them, they aren't taken for walks, they're not very clean, everything is very mediocre for the money they pay. I emphasize... lack of staff.

When I went to visit my in-laws, I was very pleased with what I saw. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.
