Facilities, attention, care, food, etc. UNBEATABLE!!

A family member was hospitalized and didn't receive the necessary care. They completely neglected him, only feeding him and putting him to bed. They didn't do any activities for him and always tried to justify their inaction without taking any action. He also got sick several times and they didn't notify us, until he finally passed away. I absolutely do not recommend them.

This nursing home leaves much to be desired. Please be very attentive to your family members if you are assigned to this residence, as they will not be kept informed of your changes and health status. A somewhat strange nursing home, with two managers and at the same time a lack of staff for other responsibilities, is incomprehensible. And be careful with your family members' personal belongings. I hope this review helps them change their operations and better serve their residents and family members.

A wonderful senior residence. Professional in their work, although somewhat strict. About 5 km from Jaén, on the slopes of a hill, it's divided into three interconnected, staggered modules. They welcome all types of people, regardless of their needs. It's well worth a visit.

Great service, great facilities. I have a relative there and they treat him/her wonderfully, and me too when I go. I've been outside of visiting hours a few times and they've let me in and visit without any problem. Very clean and a great atmosphere. It's the best I've seen and your relative will be treated very well there.
