Aunque una familia menciona que podría mejorarse la comunicación con las familias, el consenso abrumadoramente positivo refleja satisfacción con las instalaciones limpias, el ambiente familiar, y especialmente la atención empática durante momentos críticos como el final de la vida de los residentes.

For three years, my mother lived in this residence until her death on December 31st. There were times when I felt the communication between the center and the family wasn't adequate, and perhaps they should improve in that area. But I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff who cared for her during this time. I know that, in addition to being professional, they were very kind and considerate, and that they did everything they could to make the time we spent with her as comfortable as possible. I especially want to thank them for how they treated the family in my mother's final moments, as they made it easy for us to be with her until the very end, moving her to a private room and offering us the option of staying with her there. Thank you so much to all the staff for making life easier for our elderly residents. Even if we don't always realize it, your work gives us peace of mind and comfort.

My father has been living at this residence for some time now, and I couldn't be more grateful for the treatment he receives. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, always attentive to every detail and ensuring the residents are well cared for and comfortable. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and the family atmosphere is palpable. Seeing my father calm, well cared for, and happy gives me so much peace of mind. I truly can't thank the entire team enough for their dedication and care. Highly recommended!

I couldn't be more grateful to the nursing home staff for taking such good care of my father. Caring for a dependent elderly person requires a lot of dedication and sacrifice, and Dad felt very loved there by the assistants and all the staff who interacted with him, and for me, that has been the most important thing. The people who work there take such good care of them, love what they do, and transmit this to the residents by giving them kisses and lots of affection. In my opinion, you have done and continue to do so very well. As family members, we must accompany and support our loved ones, be empathetic with their caregivers, and, to the extent possible, facilitate everyone's coexistence.
