Opiniones

I wanted to express my gratitude for the stay of a family member at this residence. They welcomed her warmly, she was very well cared for and attended to, and she received incredible improvements. I owe it all to Pilar, Amalia, Ana, and Nuria. I also want to thank all the staff—nurses, caregivers, cleaning and maintenance personnel, and receptionists—for their support and for the wonderful way they treat the residents. If you are considering placing a family member here, I highly recommend it. Warm regards from Mª Angeles.

A few months ago, a family member was admitted. He has dementia, but he could still walk; however, a few months later, he rapidly lost all mobility. The deterioration he's experiencing is a clear sign that they aren't doing any mobility activities with him, and he spends his days in bed. One of the days I went to visit him, he was completely sedated. I couldn't exchange a single word with him because he kept falling asleep. It's obvious that they forgot he was coming that day. That's why the nursing home prefers that you give them advance notice of your visit, so they can put on a show. The rest of the time, they're on tranquilizers and bedridden. As many residents have said, we're working to transfer him to another facility in the coming days. We can't stand this situation any longer.

I would like to thank the center for the continuous care provided to my mother, who is a resident there. The staff is warm and caring, and they are constantly concerned about her. They keep me informed at all times, no matter the situation. During these difficult months when we couldn't visit her, she always told us how comforted and reassured she felt thanks to the staff's care, the information they provided, and the concern they showed for the residents, making them feel like family. She never felt alone. There is a wonderful team of people at this center, and that is only possible thanks to their hard work and professional dedication. The care, effort, and excellent work carried out during the months of high infection rates are reflected in the fact that they haven't had a single case within the center. Thank you.

A nursing home where you can leave your elders, or a prison where you can't let them enjoy their final years? Our experience is ours: we called to see if we could go for a visit, and they told us no problem, that we could go until 7:45 p.m., when visits closed. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. for work reasons, and they told us we couldn't see them for even 5 minutes, not even say hello. The reasons they gave us: none. It's simply that it's no longer possible, even when we're still within our normal schedule. If my elders die tomorrow, I won't have been able to see them for those 5 minutes for no reason at all.

I have no words to describe the compassion and care they showed my father. I thank Nuria for her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this residence for your elderly loved ones; I can't give it more stars because I can't. I can only say thank you for your excellent work.
