I am the granddaughter of one of the residents, and I helped my mother choose this residence. I remember our first visit and how Belén greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Her approach and naturalness helped my mother take the difficult step of admitting my grandfather to the residence. During my grandfather's stay, daily life was much easier thanks to Gabi's support and advice, Belén's and the nurse's care, and everyone there without exception. They all became a constant source of support for our family, making the difficult situation more bearable. The residence is a welcoming and family-like place where the residents' well-being is the priority. I am grateful that we chose this place for my grandfather, and I wholeheartedly recommend the Chimillas Residence to anyone who needs quality care and attention. Thank you to the entire team.
