La Residencia Vitalia Jaca destaca por su excelente atención personalizada, personal dedicado y comprometido, así como por sus bien mantenidas instalaciones y actividades recreativas que generan un ambiente acogedor para los residentes. Sin embargo, la calidad de la comida ha sido señalada como un aspecto a mejorar por varios usuarios, quienes consideran que tanto la preparación como el valor nutricional de las comidas dejan mucho que desear. En general, la residencia es altamente valorada por el trato humano y la calidad asistencial, aunque requiere mejoras en el servicio de alimentación

My sister has been living here for almost three years, and I have nothing but praise for all the staff who work at the residence. They are kind, caring, and above all, treat all the residents with the utmost respect. The facilities are very well maintained, and the food is excellent. I personally stayed for lunch, and I can say that everything was fantastic. A special mention goes to all the activities they organize and the celebrations for holidays and birthdays, which make the residents feel right at home. There couldn't be a better residence, and I know my sister is in the best place. Thank you for everything. And thank you to the director for all the help he has personally given us.
