Residencial Torrefuentes cuenta con un equipo de cuidadores altamente valorado por la mayoría de usuarios, quienes destacan la atención cariñosa, el respeto hacia los residentes y las instalaciones limpias y bien mantenidas. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a la falta de recursos suficientes y experiencia de algunos trabajadores, lo que según un usuario afecta negativamente la calidad de la atención tanto para residentes como para el personal.

In our case, Residencial Torrefuentes is highly recommended. My siblings and I are very grateful for how they treated both our mother, Maribel, who recently passed away, and our father (Luis, who sadly left us in September 2023) in the final stage of their lives. The facilities are bright, clean, and welcoming, and the large garden is beautifully maintained; you can see the care and attention put into every detail. The staff, from management to reception, caregivers, and cleaners, is exceptional, attentive, and always smiling, treating the residents with admirable dignity and respect. A perfect 10 for the entire team!

Poor treatment of both workers and seniors. There aren't enough resources or time to care for them, thanks to the organization that exists. Workers without experience or qualifications do what they can.
