La Residencia Nuestra Señora de la Merced recibe ampliamente elogios de los usuarios por su atención cuidadosa, ambiente acogedor, instalaciones limpias y bien mantenidas, así como por el profesionalismo del personal y las actividades complementarias ofrecidas. Sin embargo, existe una crítica aislada relacionada con aspectos patrimoniales y de gestión privada del edificio, que no afecta la percepción general muy positiva sobre la calidad de la atención a los residentes de edad avanzada.
