La Residencia de 3ª edad Parque cuenta con un personal muy atento y dedicado que es ampliamente elogiado, especialmente por su gestión familiar y responsable, pero las instalaciones presentan problemas significativos como deterioro físico, humedad en las habitaciones y equipamiento obsoleto que requiere urgente modernización. Aunque algunos usuarios la recomiendan altamente por la calidad de la atención, otros expresan preocupación sobre las condiciones generales de las infraestructuras, generando opiniones divididas entre el servicio humano y las deficiencias estructurales.

It's incredible that the residence is still open. Access is a ramp that looks more like a roller coaster, and the facilities are old. The beds don't go up and they don't have many facilities... The guy working there is very attentive and responsible, but otherwise... It leaves a lot to be desired. There's even damp in the rooms.

It's a small, family-run residence, very well managed by a lovely family, and the staff are very attentive and dedicated. Their experience during the pandemic has been ideal; they handled it with exemplary diligence. I highly recommend it.
