La Residencia Los Olivos destaca por sus instalaciones modernas y limpias, así como por la dedicación y amabilidad del personal en el cuidado de los residentes, aspectos valorados positivamente por la mayoría de familias que recomiendan ampliamente el centro. Sin embargo, existe una crítica significativa respecto a las prácticas laborales y gestión interna durante el período de prueba, aunque esta opinión proviene de una experiencia muy breve que contrasta marcadamente con el resto de testimonios.

This residence has excellent facilities for caring for the elderly and is kept very clean. The managers are very kind, especially Cristina, who is always available to assist you and try to resolve any issues that may arise. As for the staff, I can say that they treated my mother-in-law with kindness and affection during her stay, despite her being completely dependent on others. Based on my experience, I highly recommend it.

I went to an interview for a kitchen assistant, and before I left, on the day I was on my internship (which I didn't get paid for and wasn't registered with Social Security), they forced me to feed the elderly. I told them that wasn't a job for a kitchen assistant, but for a geriatric assistant. So I left and never came back. The atmosphere among the few workers they had hired was terrible, and the elderly were very neglected. P.S. Of course you don't know me because I only lasted a few hours (until the elderly people's mealtime, when I had to leave).

Highly recommended. Clean, new, and modern facilities. The cuisine is very good and varied, even the desserts are varied. I was more than grateful from the first minute for the treatment, understanding, and responsiveness to the resident's needs. Any concerns are listened to and resolved.

It's a family-run residence, so the residents are very well cared for and have all the necessary services to meet their most urgent needs. We, the family members, have excellent communication with both the management and the staff. Our experience has been very positive, and of course, we are grateful for the care they give our mother.
