El Centro para mayores Madre de Dios presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras la mayoría de usuarios elogia calurosamente la calidad del trato, profesionalismo del equipo y el cuidado brindado a sus residentes, hay testimonio preocupantes sobre deficiencias graves en higiene y limpieza que resultaron en lesiones en los residentes. Esta inconsistencia sugiere que aunque el centro cuenta con un equipo dedicado y comprometido, existen problemas serios de supervisión y control de calidad que afectan la experiencia de algunos usuarios.

I only have words of gratitude for the entire human and professional team there, from the cleaners, social worker, psychologist, management, reception, assistants, nurses, cleaners... Who became part of our family and made my mother-in-law very happy in the last months of her life... Since unfortunately she left when she was at her happiest and best, I will always say that living there changed her life completely... and I will never forget the love, affection, patience and professionalism with which you did everything for her and for us, making us feel at home every time we went... 100% recommended... Special mention to the team at Blue Unit A, especially Natalia (assistant). I will be eternally grateful.

Terrible, to say the least, since I can't, and I've had to delete it. I took my mother there for 15 days, and the treatment was horrible. Especially the two times we went, she brought it back dirty and uncleaned. They didn't clean it properly; well, I don't even know if they even did. When we picked her up and took her home, we noticed she had a scuff on her rear end, and after informing us and all that, the scuffs were due to not cleaning it and the buildup of "dirt," which caused it to become that way. DISGRACEFUL.

I found the website very helpful and liked it, but when I had to take my mother, who has Alzheimer's, to the Madre de Dios residence for 15 days, I was very disappointed by the staff. They were neither good people nor good caregivers. Although my mother couldn't tell me anything, her body said otherwise, as she had wounds on her thighs due to the poor hygiene she received. Therefore, I want to protest to the management of this residence so they hire and supervise their staff, because some of them are clearly unfit for the job, giving the residence a bad name it doesn't deserve. Sincerely.
