    I want to thank all the staff and management at the nursing home for the professional and humane treatment my wife, Inmaculada, received at this nursing home, the rehabilitation, and the loving care.     I want to share my personal experience with the Nuevo Horizonte Residence in Guadalajara, as my aunt has been living there for some time now, and honestly, we have no complaints whatsoever; quite the opposite, in fact. From the beginning, the treatment has been very humane and personal. The staff has always been attentive to her needs, both medical and emotional. We've seen her improve in many ways, especially in her mood, because they are always looking out for her, talking to her, and involving her in activities, which is very important to us as a family. The facilities, although modest, are clean and well-maintained. Whenever we visit her, we feel very welcome, and both my aunt and other residents are usually in the common areas, enjoying each other's company, being entertained, or simply relaxing. As for the food, we've never had any complaints. In fact, my aunt is very particular about food, and if she doesn't like something, they've found alternatives for her without any problem. We know that every case is different, but I think it's fair to say that, in our case, the care has been excellent, and we feel at ease knowing she's in good hands. Thank you to the care home team for the work you do, which is not always easy or recognized.

    I am very happy with the care and attention my father received while staying at the residence until he was assigned a place in a supported living facility. Everyone was very kind to him, his room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. It's a modern residence with everything brand new and facilities that are like a hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management. It's a shame that, due to financial reasons, I can't leave my father at this residence permanently; I would have loved to.

    I want to thank the team at the Nuevo Horizonte residence for the care my family member received for over three years. From day one, we felt supported, listened to, and confident that she was in good hands. The staff was always kind, professional, and incredibly compassionate. The love and care they showed her was evident, respecting her dignity, her routines, and her preferences. Communication with the family was constant. We are incredibly grateful. Knowing that she was well cared for and loved is a tremendous comfort to us.

    The facilities leave much to be desired. The rooms have no air conditioning, and during the heatwave it was unbearable. The blinds were broken, the bed frames splintered (I don't even want to imagine the mattresses), and the walls were filthy. They call guests in shifts for meals because the dining room is ridiculously small, and the rest of us wait in the hallways. The food... the night service... in short, a disaster. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging for what they offer. I don't recommend it at all; I had to take my family member out. They don't have complaint forms... They're only interested in making money and taking advantage of families' needs during very difficult times.
